Words that start with P

Words that start with P

After over 15 years in practice, I have seen profound transformations in my clients health and pleasure. I have seen clients go from having debilitating monthly periods, that included vomiting, fainting, and bedridden with pain. I have helped hundreds of women heal from things related to words that start with P.

Testimonial:
"I always felt like Chaya was present and actually hearing what I had to say, which in and of itself was therapeutic. The Maya Abdominal Massages and Vaginal Steams were amazing. I had endometriosis, which caused debilitating menstrual pain. After three sessions, my next menstrual period was bearable for the first time in YEARS. In addition to the bodywork and counseling, Chaya’s presence on its own was healing. I am grateful that I found her."

Periods are one, and I realized this work of Maya Abdominal Massage, steaming, and other complementary work really helps with all “the P’s”.

What are “the P’s” you might wonder?

𝒫𝑒𝓇𝒾𝑜𝒹𝓈.

How are your periods? Do you want to focus some attention here in a dynamic way? Do you want to have more easeful moontimes, with less PMS, more attention to your natural rhythms? Less cramping. Let’s go!

𝒫𝑒𝓇𝒾 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒫𝑜𝓈𝓉 𝑀𝑒𝓃𝑜𝓅𝒶𝓊𝓈𝑒.

Is it throwing you for a loop? Is your sleep changing? Your digestion shifting? Your body changing? Do you want support embracing what you cannot change, and changing what can be changed? Do you want more flow during this time and to learn to embrace the medicine of the big change, the second spring?

𝒫𝑒𝑒𝒾𝓃𝑔.

Are you struggling with incontinence? Pain with urination? Frequent urination? Peeing multiple times at night? Chronic infections? Do you want bladder freedom and grace? To pee only when you choose to?

𝒫𝑜𝑜𝓅𝒾𝓃𝑔.

How is your consistency? Yes, it’s a double entendre. What does it look like and how often? Do you have to strain? Do you feel complete after you are done? Did you know sometimes we can go everyday, and still actually be backed up?

𝒫𝓇𝑒𝒸𝑜𝓃𝒸𝑒𝓅𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃.
Have you been considering getting pregnant, or struggling with fertility. Fertility is a measure of our overall health and wellness, and so focusing on optimizing our menstrual health is a pathway to general health and vitality.

𝒫𝓇𝑒𝑔𝓃𝒶𝓃𝒸𝓎.

Do you want support moving through this exquisite rite of passage? Do you want to optimize your capacity to have a great birth and have support with the common physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy?

𝒫𝑜𝓈𝓉𝓅𝒶𝓇𝓉𝓊𝓂.

In one of the most tender times of life, at a time in the world when more value is placed upon how quickly a mother can get back to pre-pregnancy productivity, I ask instead, how much can you rest and receive? How can you craft this window to be restorative, so that you can heal old unsustainable patterns, instead of creating new ones?

𝒫𝒶𝓇𝑒𝓃𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔.

If you are a parent, and coming for any of these other reasons above, I imagine sometimes parenting gets the best of you, and you are yearning for more tools to support your parenting journey, from everything to sleep and breastfeeding to the shifting challenges of teens and young adults.

𝒫𝓇𝑜𝓁𝒶𝓅𝓈𝑒.

Have you been diagnosed with a uterine prolapse, cystocele and rectocele? Do you want to explore options besides the surgery that has been recommended to support and sustain your pelvic organ health.

𝒫𝑒𝓁𝓋𝒾𝒸 𝒫𝒶𝒾𝓃.

Do you struggle with pelvic pain, pain with sℨx, bladder pain? Do you want freedom? Have you learned to live a substandard life because pain is holding you back?

𝒫𝓁𝑒𝒶𝓈𝓊𝓇𝑒.

Has your pleasure been capped or shamed? Have you internalized messages about pleasure that do not feel true in your core? Do you want to create a new map to pleasure that honors the life giving nature of eros?

How can I best support your healing?

We have two amazing options right now. One is in a group format, and the other is in a one on one format.

Awakened Womb Group Immersion

This container is for you if you are interested in deepening your relationship to your womb, to women and to community. Together, we will weave the web of connection, womb wisdom, song and v-steaming. We will meet together monthly, in person, on the Sunday closest to the full moon October through March. Each month will have a theme and an herbal ally we will journey with. We will be encouraged to explore that herb through the month until our next time together.

Within our time together, We will explore community connection, essential pelvic embodiment self care practices, herbal womb wisdom, v-steaming and sacred songs.

So many of us peripherally understand the medicine of yoni steaming, and I want to bring it in as a central practice in community because I truly believe that it is radical gynecological care, and that loving ourselves in community catalyzes exponential healing.

Womb Sanctum One on One Immersion

After 15 years in practice, it has been clear to me that to make sustainable changes from pelvic and emotional health patterns, we must address them at the root. I do believe in miracles, AND they often takes time, consistency, commitment, counsel and accountability support.

In a Womb Sanctum Immersion, we hold a container together for three to six months, just you and me. We include in person and virtual time, with a full virtual option for those of you too far to travel.

This mentorship offers you the support you need to heal your body from the inside out. Through bodywork, lifestyle coaching, embodied practices, yoni steaming, and more, I will hold your hand as you discover your full potential of health, vitality and joyful embodiment.
