4 Modules
We have infinite capacity to soften in our pelvic bowls. Mainsteam medicine generally tells us we are weak in our pelvic bowls, when often we are actually holding excessive tension. The first step to healing most pelvic conditions is learning how to soften the muscles of the pelvis.
If we think about the pelvis in four quadrants, divided by the front and back, left and right, we can learn from our own bodies that we often have imbalanced muscular patterns among the four quadrants. In this module we will learn practices, including self vaginal massage, to help balance the muscles in the four quadrants of the pelvis.
Though we begin by learning to soften, there is a place for strengthening as well. Sometimes we think of the pelvic bowl muscles as living inside of a vacuum completely isolated and separate fromt he rest of teh body, only tending to when they are loud. In this module we will work with practices to strengthen, not only the pelvic muscles, but the surrounding ones too.
As women, we often put our pleasure and joy last. This module includes pleasure practices to support your pelvic health and to offer simple joy. Knowing how much of an edge it can be to say yes to ourselves, this is my invitation to you. To say yes to your pleasure and delight. And to start in small ways. Our joy creates the levity from which we are able to keep moving through and contributing magic to this wild world!
