I hold this moment in history with deep reverence for the mystery. I celebrate that we have the freedom to come together to heal, grieve, celebrate, laugh and play. i
It is my deep passion to bring embodied, liberatory practices to support our health, pleasure and vitality.
Delighted to be co-hosting with my dear Nikki Ananda. We are truly delighted to bring our unique synergy together again. We hope to see you there!

Womb Attune: Awaken through Feminine Arts
In person offering March 20-23, 2025
We invite you to Womb Attune: Awaken the Womb through Feminine Arts. This will be an in person, deep dive weekend of attuning to our wombs and yonis through ritual and embodied practices, to support new relationships to these parts, that embrace wisdom and practices to support your ongoing growth, empowerment and healing.
So much of our culture is still ingrained in misogynist oppression of women and women’s power. When we look back to the herstory of women, we see this oppression in subtle, yet potent ways. We have learned stories that we are dirty when we are bleeding, that the struggles we have in our womb spaces do not matter as they do not affect our capacity to live.
I compost this story and invite a reality where our power as women / womb bearing beings is essential to growth and healing of our planet. A reality where we can acknowledge the depth of power we hold in our unique bodies that have the capacity to bleed every month and to bring forth both life and death.
Activities include:
- Womb Weaving Ritual
- Embodied Grief Ceremony
- Womb Wisdom Downloads
- Yoni Steam Ceremony
- Womb and Yoni Massage practice
- Cacao Ceremony
- Embodied Eros Ceremony
This is for you if:
- You have a womb and vulva or have once had a womb in this life.
- You are a menstruating woman / womb bearer or peri or post menopausal.
- You desire to feel connection with your pelvic organs.
- You are ready to release trauma and / or shame in your belly.
- You wish to shed unpleasant symptoms related to this area including painful menstruation, pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and so much more.
- You long to connect in a community of women / womb bearing beings to be with both the pain and celebration of our unique and magical capacity.
A note about Nine Mountain Retreat Center:
Nine Mountain resides in the hills of Western Massachusetts, native to the Nipmuc, Pocumtuc and Wabanaki tribes. The center has held many intimate, beautiful gatherings over a number of years. The site includes beautiful hiking trails and a luscious hot tub. It is a sister companion to Earthdance, a contact improvisation center next door. It is a sacred place for me and my family, and I am excited to share it in a deep beautiful dive with you.
The retreat includes:
- Food: One meal on Thursday eve, three meals on Friday and Saturday and two meals on Sunday. The chef is incredibly talented so these meals will be divine.
- Use of the hot tub
- Towels and bedding
- Access to hiking the land and possible use of Earthdance sauna
